It all started
with a tiny store
Christopher started his career in the corporate world right out of high school. After a while, he started looking around at what his passions were and quickly understood that cheese, and all things associated with cheese, were what he wanted to focus on. After attending Villanova University and putting in several more years in corporate America, Christopher decided to strike out on his own.
Having learned that following one’s passion is the best way to be 100 percent committed, he delved into retail cheese mongering.
Opening his first shop in 2011, and having almost immediate success by making customer service his number one priority, Christopher garnered a following that he continues to foster today.
At the end of 2015, Christopher decided a business partnership would be a wise move and brought Susan Campbell on board. Her ability to see the small picture and focus on the details matched Christopher’s broad stroke approach to business.
